A collection of poetry by local poet Sally Dalglish.
Rooted in West Sussex, Borrowdale and Dartmoor Sally Elizabeth Dalglish was editor of Universification at university, taught English in a Yorkshire Grammar school, studied with Majid Amini to restore Oriental rugs for 28 years and lived with a mystic for 15 years.
Founder of the Kneelers Embroidery Association, prefect and music librarian at St. Mary’s Calne, 50 years later Sally twice exhibited her paintings in Mayfair with the O. G. A.
Based in Cumbria for 40 years, with a strong affinity for Carlisle, she has travlled and stayed in Pakistan, Egypt, Australia, Japan, Totnes, Iona and the Cathar country, France.
