GENERAL
All orders accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products.
Orders can be sent by telephone, by post or via the order form on this website.
All items are subject to stock availability.
DELIVERY
Mainland UK destinations – Orders will be sent by Second Class Post or courier (or you may opt for First Class at checkout).
Overseas destinations are sent by surface mail or airmail according to the chosen method on the order form.
RETURNS
Claims will only be settled after the faulty items have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.
Similarly any items found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
PAYMENT
Payment is by credit/debit card or by PayPal. Payment by cheque is possible by contacting the shop by telephone beforehand.
