Delivery and Returns

Please allow 1-2 days delivery time for First Class Royal Mail and 3-4 days delivery time for Second Class Royal Mail.

International parcel delivery will usually take between 7 and 14 days.  If you choose World Surface, parcels can take up to 12 weeks to arrive at their destination.

Parcels to the USA are sent via a bulk shipping courier, these orders can take up to 2 weeks to be dispatched, if you are concerned about this timeframe please contact us as faster shipping options are available for an additional charge.

Signed books with a personalised dedication requested (where offered) may require additional time to be signed before being shipped.

Pre-Order Policy

Please note that any orders that contain a pre-order or backordered title won’t be dispatched until items in the order are available.

Please keep this in mind before you place any orders that contain both in-stock and pre-order items. Please place a separate order to receive in-stock items sooner!
