Carlisle To Beattock Including The Dumfries Branch

Leaving the Border city of Carlisle, the West Coast Main Line climbs through Annandale and the Southern Uplands to reach Beattock. The branch line to Dumfries provides an interesting diversion away from the main line and served some diverse industries enroute.
