Orders can be sent by fax, by telephone, by post or via the order form on this website.
All items are subject to stock availability.
DELIVERY
Mainland UK destinations - Orders will be sent by First Class Post or Parcelforce. Overseas destinations are sent by surface mail or airmail according to the chosen method on the order form.
RETURNS
Claims will only be settled after the faulty items have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.
Similarly any items found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
PAYMENT
Payment is by credit card with order, by fax, phone or web site. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions. If an order is posted to us, payment may be made by cheque.
