Farming on the Fellside

The book, although designed for children has appeal to all ages. It focusses on farming in the Fellfoot Forward Project area in Cumbria, and will be interesting to anyone curious about fell farming and farming life.

It is fully illustrated and written in comic strip style, with pages on weather, sheep, cows, pasture, the four seasons, farm machinery and farming life.

It is packed with information and discussion topics covering different aspects of the primary curriculum.

Sales of the book go toward supporting the Cumbria Farmer Network who provide grants to local schools to help fund farm/school visits.
