Coast to Coast in the Middle Ages

This book is not a guide to the Coast to Coast walk, it is a humorous account of the experiences of one middle aged couple who did the walk during the wettest October in living memory, 1998. The author describes the trials, tribulations and pleasures

of the walk, including the many friends they made en-route. Lesley’s narrative is littered with examples of her West Yorkshire wit which kept their spirits up and will keep the reader chuckling from beginning to end.
