Easy Miles, No Steps, No Stiles

Easy Miles’ features over 30 gentle Lakeland walks uninterrupted by steps, stiles or other obstacles.

They first appeared in the Westmorland Gazette, and are perfect for pushchairs, wheelchairs, toddlers on their tricycles – and absolutely anybody who wants an easy stroll. The emphasis is on accessibility and enjoyment of the beautiful landscapes of the Lake District National Park and surrounding countryside. There are spectacular views and fascinating locations of special scientific or historical interest. Most routes include a pub or cafe and many are accessible by public transport.
